GERMAN INNOVATION CENTRE FOR EMBROIDERY
The German Innovation Centre for Embroidery (Deutsches Innovationszentrum für Stickerei e.V.) was founded in October 2007. Nowadays, it has a high number of members, among them enterprises and service providers of Vogtland embroidery sector, educational and research institutions, the city of Plauen, the Vogtland county as well as legal members closely connected to the branch.
The association coordinates and organizes especially the activities in innovation and research of enterprises, public relations and marketing, but also symposia and advanced training for the branch.
Most important task and objective of the association is to bundle activities of different partners, to develop the lace and embroidery industry of Vogtland county and to assure future and sustainability of this branch.
